Deepak has two decades of experience in technology, mortgage banking, retail and real estate. He lead teams & ventures in Canada, Dubai, United States and United Kingdom serving the likes of Experian, Wells Fargo Bank, Genworth Financial, Toyota Financial Services and Gravitas Financial (Joint Venture Partner). In the last decade, he has been instrumental in introducing several international fashion & lifestyle brands to India and has now embarked upon introducing Retail, F&B and Entertainment formats.

He is also Executive director of Hatcher+ Malaysia, (Hatcher+ is world's largest AI-driven automated start-up venture fund), with functional experience across M&A, Business Development,Fund Raising, Corporate Banking, Investment banking and startups. Suraj was Country Head for ICICI Bank in Malaysia . He has extensive networks in the South Asian markets of Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.

Sonesh hails from a family that has been deeply involved with and accomplished in the film and entertainment industry. The Sira family has collectively been involved for over 50 years in Film, with notable titles like Gandhi, Octopussy, Spies Like Us, Arabian Adventure and over a hundred more to their credits. Sonesh evolved from acting to producing full-time, culminating in a partnership with Percept Picture Company, producing films and commercials such as Truck of Dreams and Mother Teresa featuring Penelope Cruz.
